Timeshare paid over $7000.00 located at Surfside Beach just 4 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Plantation Resort a 5 Star Resort is the home Resort on the timeshare but it can be used 2 ways by using your week at Plantation Resort or using the point system with RCI and go anywhere and stay anywhere using the points that you have, you can use it towards cruises. All it takes is a phone call to RCI to set your dates and where you want to go. We have never used it since we bought the timeshare so there has not been any points used off the the points system. The resort at Surfside has everything you want an inside and outdoor pool, weightroom, security checkpoints for your privacy, anything you can think of. We also have the lockout feature so that way you can have the extra room sleeps 10-12 people with a full kitchen and anything that you would want in a room, washer and drier and dishwasher. Plantation will invite you down time to time free of charge for meetings and so forth if you are able to attend. The maintenece fee runs about $600 a year. Have a clear deed to the property.
